Banco de Sabadell, S.A. is a Spanish multinational financial services company headquartered in Sabadell, Catalonia. It was established on December 31, 1881, by 127 entrepreneurs and merchants from the city to support local industry, and has grown into Spain fourth largest banking group, serving small and medium enterprises and affluent clients engaged in international commerce. As of March 2022 the bank managed total assets of 253.256 billion euros through about 1,594 branches and has been listed on the Madrid Stock Exchange as part of the IBEX 35 index since 2001.
