Hauck Aufhauser Lampe AG, formerly Hauck and Aufhauser Privatbankiers AG, was a bank based in Frankfurt am Main focused on advisory and asset management for private and corporate clients, institutional investors, and independent asset managers. It was created in 1998 when Georg Hauck and Sohn Bankiers of Frankfurt merged with Bankhaus H. Aufhauser of Munich, maintained offices across Germany as well as in London, Luxembourg, Nanjing, and Shanghai, was acquired by the Chinese conglomerate Fosun International in 2016, and was bought by the Dutch group ABN AMRO on 1 July 2025.
