Tourmaline Oil Corp.

Tourmaline Oil Corp. is a Canadian petroleum and natural gas company established in 2008 and headquartered in Calgary, Alberta. The company engages in the exploration, development, and extraction of crude oil and natural gas, and became Canada's largest natural gas producer in 2021. It was the first Canadian oil and gas exploration and development company to directly engage in the liquified natural gas business, following a 2021 agreement with Cheniere Energy. Tourmaline's operations focus on the Alberta Basin, the Montney Formation, and the Peace River oil sands, and its product portfolio consists of approximately 80 percent natural gas and 20 percent crude petroleum and natural gas liquids.
