Ulker

Ulker is a Turkish multinational food and beverage manufacturer headquartered in Istanbul, founded in 1944, whose core products are biscuits, cookies, crackers and chocolates alongside other food categories it has since added. The company exports to one hundred ten countries and won the Candy Company of the Year in Europe award from the European Candy Kettle Club in 2004. It is majority owned by Pladis, the global confectionery business of parent group Yildiz Holding, which transferred a controlling stake to Pladis in 2016, and it trades on Borsa Istanbul.
