King Arthur Baking Company

King Arthur Baking Company is an American flour and baking company founded in 1790 by Henry Wood, making it the oldest flour company in the United States. Headquartered in Norwich, Vermont, it supplies flour, baking ingredients, mixes, and cookbooks, and runs baking schools at its Norwich, Vermont bakery and in Burlington, Washington. The company has been fully employee-owned through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan since 2004 and operates as a certified B Corporation.
