Gruma, S.A.B. de C.V. is a Mexican multinational company specializing in corn flour and tortilla manufacturing, founded in 1949 in Cerralvo, Nuevo Leon by Roberto Gonzalez Barrera and headquartered near Monterrey. Described as the largest corn flour and tortilla manufacturer in the world, it operates more than 79 facilities across Mexico, the United States and Europe with about 18,000 employees, and has been listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange since 1994.
