Casey's General Stores, Inc. is a convenience store chain headquartered in Ankeny, Iowa, founded in 1968, operating about 2,950 locations across the Midwestern and Southern United States. It is the third largest convenience store chain in the United States after 7-Eleven and Circle K slash Alimentation Couche-Tard, and the largest that is American owned, offering convenience store goods, gas stations, and prepared foods such as pizza, coffee and wings, mostly in towns with fewer than 20,000 residents.
