Swannay Brewery is a brewery on Orkney Mainland, Scotland, founded in late 2004 by Rob Hill, formerly of the Orkney Brewery and Moorhouse Brewery. It began as the Highland Brewing Company and was rebranded as Swannay Brewery in 2015, operating from the old creamery at Swannay Farms.
