BFM (brewery)

The Brasserie des Franches-Montagnes, known as BFM, is a small artisanal brewery in Saignelegier, in the Jura region of Switzerland, whose barrel-aged beers have drawn international acclaim. It was founded in 1997 by Jerome Rebetez, a trained oenologist, and is known for making beers that stray outside traditional style guidelines using unorthodox ingredients. The brewery takes its name from its home district.
