Dojlidy Brewery is a brewery in Bialystok, Poland, with roots going back to an original beer factory built in 1768 and a modern steam brewery built in 1891. It has been owned by Kompania Piwowarska SA, the Polish subsidiary of Asahi Breweries, since 2003, and its main product today is the beer Zubr. Earlier in its history it also produced the Dojlidy line of beers, including Dojlidy Classic, Dojlidy Herbowe, Dojlidy Mocne, and Dojlidy Porter.
