Brasserie Nationale

Brasserie Nationale is the largest brewery in Luxembourg, based in Bascharage, formed in 1975 through the merger of the historic Brasserie Bofferding, founded in 1842, and Brasserie Funck-Bricher, established in 1764. It brews under the Bofferding brand and the Battin brand, acquired in 2004, holds a dominant 56 percent share of the Luxembourg beer market, and exports to Belgium, France, China since 2007 and the United States since 2014, with an annual production capacity of about 165,000 hectoliters.
