Kaiser Brau is a German brewery organized as a GmbH und Co. KG, based in Neuhaus an der Pegnitz in Bavaria and founded in 1929. It is the largest brewery in the district of Nurnberger Land, producing Pils, wheat beer and dark lagers along with root beer and Frucade brand lemonade. Its modern facility, built in 1991, has an annual production volume of 500,000 hectolitres.
