The Einbecker Brewery is a brewery in Einbeck, Lower Saxony, Germany, founded before 1378 and ranked among the oldest still operating breweries in the world. It specializes in bock beer along with pilsners and other lager styles, producing about 0.75 million hectolitres a year, and remains the only active brewery in its historic brewing town.
