Cölner Hofbräu Früh is a private brewery in Cologne producing the top fermented beer style Kölsch. It was founded in 1904 by Peter Joseph Früh, and moved its brewing operations to a facility in Cologne-Feldkassel in 1987, while the original site was converted into a guest house with dining rooms known as the Hofbräustuben.
