Mikkeller is a craft brewery founded in 2006 in Copenhagen, Denmark, by two home brewers, high school teacher Mikkel Bjergso and journalist Kristian Klarup Keller. It was originally built on the gypsy-brewing model, paying an existing brewery in Belgium to produce its beer rather than operating its own, and it now also operates brewpubs including Warpigs in Copenhagen and Mikkeller Brewpub London.
