To Øl

To Øl, meaning Two Beers in Danish, is an international craft brewery founded in Denmark in 2010 by Tore Gynther and Tobias Emil Jensen. It began as a gypsy brewer producing at De Proefbrouwerij in Belgium before opening the BRUS brewpub in Copenhagen's Nørrebro district in 2016, followed by a second BRUS location in Oslo in 2017, and in 2020 it opened its own production facility, To Øl City, in a former Beauvais factory spanning more than 26,000 square metres in Svinninge, Denmark.
