The Břevnov Monastery Brewery continues the tradition of the oldest documented brewery in the Czech Republic, founded alongside Břevnov Monastery in 993. Beer production was interrupted several times over its history and was finally restored in 2011, with its Břevnovský Benedict beer filled on site and served in a number of Czech restaurants.
