De Halve Maan is a beer brewery in Bruges, Belgium, that brews Brugse Zot, Straffe Hendrik, Blanche de Bruges (also called Brugs Tarwebier) and other beers. The Straffe Hendrik and Blanche de Bruges brands had at one point been sold to other breweries, but De Halve Maan bought them back and returned their production to Bruges.
