Brewery Puntigam is a beer producer in the Puntigam district of Graz, Austria, officially founded in 1838 by Franz Knabl, though brewing at the site dates to as early as 1478. It is part of Brau Union, Austria largest brewer, whose majority shareholder is the Dutch brewing company Heineken. The brewery produces around one million hectolitres of beer annually, and its Puntigamer brand is one of Austria best selling beers.
