Billson's Brewery

Billson's Brewery is a beverage manufacturer in Beechworth, Victoria, Australia, founded in 1865 when the Englishman George Billson took over the Ovens Brewery and malthouse there; it is considered one of the oldest continuously operating beverage manufacturers in Australia, centred on a Victorian-era tower brewery built in 1872 and 1873 that is thought to be the oldest surviving tower brewery building in the country. It historically produced ale, porter, cordials, aerated mineral waters, soft drinks, and health tonics, and more recently made cordials under the Isabella's brand, sodas, beer, and jam under the Beth & Bella's brand, before entering voluntary administration in July 2024. The Coca-Cola Company bought the ready-to-drink beverage brand out of administration in December 2024, while the original owners kept the cordial, soda, and beer operations, which now trade under the site's new name, Last St Brewery, adopted in February 2025.
