Fanatics, Inc. is an American sports platform company headquartered in New York City, founded in 2011 by Michael Rubin in Jacksonville, Florida as an online retailer of licensed sportswear and merchandise for major collegiate and professional sports leagues and teams. The company has since expanded well beyond retail into a group of businesses that includes licensed sports merchandise, trading cards and collectibles, sports betting, live commerce, and special events, organized under divisions such as Fanatics Commerce, Fanatics Collectibles, and Fanatics Betting and Gaming.
