Frasers Group plc

Frasers Group plc, formerly known as Sports Direct International plc, is a British retail, real estate, intellectual property and investment conglomerate named after its ownership of the department store chain House of Fraser. Its flagship operation is the Sports Direct sporting goods retailer, and the group also owns other retail chains including Flannels, Harvey Nichols, USC, GAME, Evans Cycles, Jack Wills and Gieves and Hawkes, plus sporting goods brands such as Everlast, Lonsdale, Slazenger and Karrimor.
