Vistry Group plc

Vistry Group plc, formerly Bovis Homes Group plc, is a British home construction company based in Kings Hill, England. In January 2020 Bovis Homes acquired Galliford Try's housing arm and renamed the combined business Vistry, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange as a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index and is one of Britain's largest housebuilders.
