Yum! Brands, Inc. is an American fast food holding company headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, spun off from PepsiCo in 1997 as Tricon Global Restaurants and renamed Yum! Brands in 2002. It owns and franchises the KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell restaurant chains worldwide, making it one of the largest fast food operators globally by number of restaurant locations.
