Dine Brands Global is an American publicly traded restaurant company headquartered in Pasadena, California, tracing its history to a holding company formed around the International House of Pancakes chain in the late 1950s by Al Lapin Jr., and renamed several times before adopting its current name in 2018. The company owns the Applebee's Neighborhood Grill and Bar chain, acquired in 2007, the IHOP pancake house chain, and the Fuzzy's Taco Shop chain, acquired in 2022, together operating thousands of franchised and company owned restaurants and trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker DIN.
