Darley is the global thoroughbred breeding operation owned by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, ruler of Dubai, founded in 1981 when he purchased Dalham Hall Stud in Newmarket, Suffolk, which remains its headquarters. The operation stands more than 50 stallions across seven locations in England, Ireland, France, the United States, Australia and Japan, and beyond breeding it manages the racing interests of Sheikh Mohammed, with top performing horses transferred to his racing stable, Godolphin.
