Walt Disney World

Walt Disney World is an entertainment and vacation resort complex operated by Disney Experiences, a division of The Walt Disney Company, located about twenty miles southwest of Orlando, Florida. It opened on October 1, 1971, and spans roughly 27,000 acres. The property contains four theme parks, Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney's Hollywood Studios and Disney's Animal Kingdom, along with two water parks, four golf courses, a shopping and entertainment district, thirty one Disney owned resort hotels and a camping resort.
