St. Peter Stiftskulinarium is a restaurant within St Peter's Abbey in Salzburg, Austria. It is speculated to have been operating since before the year 803, which would make it the oldest inn in Central Europe, the oldest currently operating restaurant in the world, and the longest-running company founded outside Japan.
