Hong Kong Disneyland

Hong Kong Disneyland is a theme park on reclaimed land in Penny's Bay, Lantau Island, Hong Kong, which opened on September 12, 2005 as the second Disneyland park in Asia after Tokyo Disneyland. It sits inside the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort and is owned by Hong Kong International Theme Parks, a joint venture in which the Government of Hong Kong holds 52 percent and the Walt Disney Company holds 48 percent. It is the most visited theme park in Hong Kong, and its designers incorporated Chinese culture, customs and feng shui into the resort, including a bend placed in an entrance walkway so that good qi energy would not flow out to the South China Sea.
