H World Group Limited, formerly Huazhu Hotels Group, is a hotel management company in China, headquartered in Jiading District, Shanghai. In 2010, H World Group was listed on Nasdaq, and in September 2020 it achieved a secondary listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. In January 2023, H World was listed in the Hurun China 500 Most Valuable Private Companies 2022, ranked No. 126.
