Toyota Motor Manufacturing Turkey

Toyota Motor Manufacturing Turkey is one of the vehicle production bases of Toyota in Europe, in Adapazari in the province of Sakarya. It has built the Corolla since 1994 and also the Corolla Verso, the Verso, the Auris and the C-HR, and most of its output is exported to more than thirty countries. It is owned 90 percent by Toyota Motor Europe and 10 percent by Mitsui. Toyota Motor Europe owns 90 percent of the company and Mitsui owns 10 percent, with about 5,400 employees. The plant has built the Corolla since 1994, the Auris from 2007 to 2012, the Verso from 2009 to 2018 and the C-HR from 2016, mostly for export to over 30 countries.
