ITV plc

ITV plc is a British media company based in London, England, that holds 13 of the 15 regional television licences making up the ITV network, also known as Channel 3. The company is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index. In July 2026 ITV plc announced the sale of its media and entertainment division to Sky, a deal subject to regulatory approval.
