Broadcasting

This group collects Communication Services members whose core business is over-the-air or general broadcast distribution of television and radio programming: national and regional television networks and stations, radio networks and stations, public and international broadcasters, and broadcasting corporations. It is kept apart from Cable and Satellite, reserved for a company whose distribution is specifically by cable or satellite subscription rather than open broadcast, and from Movies and Entertainment, reserved for a company whose core business is producing or distributing film and television content rather than transmitting it.
