NBCUniversal Media, LLC, abbreviated NBCU, is an American multinational mass media and entertainment conglomerate. It is a subsidiary of Comcast, headquartered at 30 Rockefeller Plaza in Midtown Manhattan, New York City, and is named for its two most significant divisions, the National Broadcasting Company, one of the United States' Big Three television networks, and Universal Pictures, one of the major Hollywood film studios.
