WaveDivision Holdings, LLC, trading as Wave Broadband, is an American telecommunications provider founded in 2003 by Steve Weed through the acquisition of cable systems from various providers in the Pacific Northwest. Headquartered in Bothell, Washington, it delivers residential, business and enterprise cable television, broadband internet and telephone service over its own fiber optic network to about 455,000 customers across Washington, Oregon and California, with more than 1,300 employees.
