Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Ltd. (MLSE) is a Canadian sports and entertainment holding company headquartered in Toronto that owns several of the city's major professional sports franchises, including the Toronto Maple Leafs (NHL), Toronto Raptors (NBA), Toronto FC (MLS) and Toronto Argonauts (CFL), along with their home venues. It is jointly owned by the telecommunications companies Rogers Communications and Bell Canada together with a minority stake held by Kilmer Sports Inc., and traces its lineage to the historic Maple Leaf Gardens organization.
