Open Computer Network, known as OCN, is the largest Japanese internet service provider, with more than seven million subscribers. Owned by NTT Communications Corporation, one of the largest telecommunications companies in the world, it offers dial-up, ISDN, DSL, and fiber internet service, along with an MVNO mobile broadband service called OCN Mobile One built on NTT Docomo's LTE network.
