Zenith Bank Plc is a multinational financial services institution headquartered in Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria. Founded in 1990 by Jim Ovia and licensed as a commercial bank by Nigeria's central bank, it has grown into one of the largest financial institutions in West Africa, listed on both the Nigerian Exchange and the London Stock Exchange. In 2024 it appointed its first female chief executive, Adaora Umeoji, and won Euromoney's award for Best Bank in Nigeria.
