Uriminzokkiri was a North Korean state controlled news website operated by the Korea June 15 Edition Company, also called Korea 615 Shenyang Co., launched in 2003 from a server in Shanghai. It syndicated content from other North Korean state media, including the Korean Central News Agency, and distributed material through YouTube, Facebook, Flickr, Twitter, Youku and Instagram before withdrawing from social media; it was blocked in South Korea. The site went offline on January 11, 2024, following a shift in North Korean reunification policy.
