UPPAbaby is an American manufacturer of infant transportation and safety products, founded in 2006 by Lauren and Bob Monahan and based in Hingham, Massachusetts. It designs and makes baby strollers, car seats and related accessories, beginning with the Vista stroller, positioned as a moderately priced alternative to both mass market competitors and high end imported options, with features such as one handed recline, adjustable handlebar height and aluminum frames balancing weight and durability. As of 2022 the privately held company employed more than 175 people worldwide and sold in more than 50 countries, with co-founder Bob Monahan serving as chief executive.
