United Utilities Group PLC is a British water and wastewater utility headquartered in Warrington, England, and the largest listed water company in the United Kingdom. It was formed in 1995 through the merger of North West Water and NORWEB, and it manages the regulated water supply and wastewater network across North West England, serving more than seven million people in Cumbria, Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Merseyside, most of Cheshire, and part of Derbyshire.
