Wellington Brewery is a craft beer producer established in Guelph, Ontario, in 1985 and was among the first North American breweries to revive cask-conditioned ale brewing. It has been independently owned since a 2000 acquisition by Mike Stirrup and Doug Dawkins and describes itself as Canada's oldest independently owned craft brewery. Its beers include Upside IPA, Helles Lager, Imperial Russian Stout, and Arkell Best Bitter.
