Exor N.V. is the listed holding company of the Italian Agnelli family, a diversified investment vehicle that manages stakes across industries rather than operating businesses directly, with major holdings including Stellantis, Ferrari, CNH Industrial, Philips and Juventus FC. It was established as Istituto Finanziario Industriale on July 27, 1927 by Giovanni Agnelli to consolidate industrial holdings, and became Exor S.p.A. in 2009 when IFIL Investments merged into IFI. The company moved its legal domicile to the Netherlands in 2016 and transferred its stock listing from Milan to Amsterdam in 2022, and today is headquartered in Amsterdam. Giovanni Agnelli B.V., representing the extended Agnelli family, controls about 56.93 percent of outstanding shares and exercises 86 percent of voting rights through a loyalty voting structure.
