Scott Lithgow Limited was a Scottish shipbuilding company formed in 1967 through the merger of the Scotts Shipbuilding and Engineering Company and Lithgows, based at Port Glasgow and Greenock on the lower Clyde. It built ships and offshore semi-submersible structures, was nationalized into British Shipbuilders in 1977, and was then acquired by Trafalgar House in 1984 before ceasing to trade in 1993.
