Right Stuf was an American video publisher and distributor specializing in Asian entertainment, particularly anime and live-action films, founded July 31, 1987 by Robert Todd Ferson and Shawne P. Kleckner and headquartered in Grimes, Iowa. It distributed anime and Asian cinema through divisions including the production studio Nozomi Entertainment and the online retailer RightStufAnime.com, and it provided distribution services for Japanese media companies such as Sunrise, Eleven Arts and Pony Canyon. The company ceased independent operations on October 10, 2023, after Sony acquired it in August 2022 and merged it into the Crunchyroll Store.
