Prologis, Inc. is an American real estate investment trust headquartered in San Francisco, California, formed by the 2011 merger of two industrial-property real estate investment trusts, ProLogis and AMB Property Corporation. It is the largest owner, operator and developer of logistics and warehouse real estate in the world, leasing distribution facilities to e-commerce, retail and manufacturing tenants across many countries in North America, Europe, Asia and Latin America.
