Perfect Chemical Industries Pvt. Ltd. was an Indian chemical manufacturing company based in Dum Dum, Calcutta (now Kolkata), founded on April 25, 1960, by former Indian National Congress member of parliament and chemical industrialist Chittajit Mohan Dhar. It produced synthetic dyes, including Methyl Violet, Methylene Blue, Auramine, and Malachite Green, for textile, printing, medical, and defense applications, with an annual production capacity of 84 tonnes, before being struck off as defunct on February 24, 1975.
