Mooney International Corporation, formerly Mooney Aviation Company, the Mooney Aircraft Corporation and the Aerostar Aircraft Corporation, is an American aircraft manufacturer based in Kerrville, Texas. It manufactures single-engined piston-powered general aviation aircraft, best known through the Mooney M20 family. Over its history the company has had many American owners and several bankruptcies. It was bought in 2013 by the Chinese private equity and real-estate firm Meijing Group, which ran it until 2020, when a group of Mooney aircraft owners operating as US Financial LLC of Wyoming purchased it.
