McLaren Group Limited is a British holding company based in Woking, England, involved in Formula One and other motorsport, the manufacture of sports cars and golf equipment. Ron Dennis founded it shortly after acquiring the McLaren Formula One team in 1981, at first as the TAG McLaren Group because of a partnership with Mansour Ojjeh TAG Group, and the team itself had been established by the New Zealander Bruce McLaren in 1963. It was renamed McLaren Technology Group in 2015, and in 2017 Dennis sold his shareholding, after which the group merged with McLaren Automotive under the McLaren Group name. In 2024 Mumtalakat Holding Company, the sovereign wealth fund of Bahrain, acquired all outstanding shares and took full control.
