Juno Online Services, commonly known as Juno, is a United States internet service provider that began in May 1996 as a free, advertising-supported email service founded by Charles Ardai, Brian Marsh and Clifford Tse in Manhattan with funding from the D. E. Shaw Group. It went public on NASDAQ in 1999, merged with rival NetZero in 2001 to form United Online, and now operates as a subsidiary of United Online alongside NetZero and BlueLight Internet Services, under the ownership of B. Riley Financial.
